Information you share with us

MKTG Reboot (“we”, “us”) operates https://mktgreboot.com. This policy covers information collected through this website. Work we do for a client under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information that comes with using the site.

• Newsletter and ebook forms. First name, company name, and email address, submitted through HubSpot.
• Book a call. The details you enter to schedule a meeting, submitted through Calendly. That typically includes your name, email address, and anything you add about the conversation.
• Email. Whatever you include when you write to josh@mktgreboot.com.
• Technical data. Our host and the tools embedded on the site may record standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of the visit.

These forms ask for business contact details. They do not ask for health information, payment card numbers, or government identifiers. Please don’t send that kind of information through the website.

How we use it

We use the information to:

• Send the newsletter or the ebook you requested
• Schedule and follow up on a call you booked
• Reply to a message you sent
• Keep the site working and understand basic usage

We do not sell personal information. We do not use form submissions to build a list you didn’t join. Newsletter and ebook messages are sent only after you submit those forms, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email.

Who else receives it

We use a few service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf and for their own operation of those tools:

• HubSpot, for the newsletter and ebook forms and related email
• Calendly, for scheduling calls
• YouTube, when a video is embedded on a page. YouTube may set its own cookies if you play a video.
• The company that hosts this website

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of MKTG Reboot, our clients, or others. If the business is sold or reorganized, contact records may transfer with it.

Cookies

HubSpot, Calendly, and YouTube may place cookies when their forms or videos load. Those cookies help the form work, remember a session, and measure whether a page or video was viewed. You can block cookies in your browser. Some forms or videos may not work if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as we need them to do what you asked — for example, while you remain on the newsletter, or while we are scheduling and following up on a call. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will, unless we need to keep a record for a legal or accounting reason.

Security

We use reputable providers and ordinary commercial safeguards. No website or email system is perfectly secure, and we can’t promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.

Other sites and children

Links and embeds on this site — including social profiles and videos — go to services we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own. This site is meant for business owners and their teams, not for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Where information is processed

MKTG Reboot is based in the United States and serves teams across the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States, including by the providers named above, who may store it in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
